As part of the Project: Determinism and Indeterminism: From Science to Philosophy, the second journalistic articles contest was held. This initiative aims to promote the dissemination of dialogue between the natural sciences, philosophy, and theology.

The articles “¿Decide tu cerebro antes que tú?”, by José Ramón Alonso and “¿Cómo es el universo? ¿Stephen Hawiking versus Juan Pablo II?” by Gabriel Zanotti are the winners of the «From Sciences to Philosophy – 2015» scientific journalism award. Alonso holds a Ph.D. from the University of Salamanca, where he currently teaches Biology. Zanotti is a professor at the Faculty of Communication of the Universidad Austral.
